The award-winning Wagner College Theatre, as part of its 50th Anniversary Season, is proud to present the great American rock musical HAIR!

Featuring a timeless score by Staten Island’s own Galt MacDermot, with book and lyrics by James Rado and Gerome Ragni, Wagner’s HAIR is directed by Broadway veteran Darren Lee (National Tour The King and I) with music direction by David Sisco (WCT’s La Cage aux Folles).

HAIR celebrates the 50th anniversary of its Broadway premiere and the Sixties counterculture in all its barefoot, long-haired, bell-bottomed, and fringed glory. To an infectiously energetic rock beat the show features popular anthems like “Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In,” “Good Morning, Starshine” and the title anthem. HAIR reminds us of such ideals as peace, love, and acceptance — and what it means to be young and believe you can change the world.

HAIR features Kevin Atwater (Claude), John Drinkwater (Berger), Sophia Tzougros (Sheila), Bailey Claffey (Ronny), Sabrina Kalman (Jeanie), Hadly Patterson (Crissy), Tyler Ross (Hud), Remy Barson (Margaret Mead), Travis Harley (Dionne) and members of The Tribe – Miranda AbbottJamie Baio,Gabby BakerSavannah BeckfordMargot BergeronErin DamersDavid DinesCassandra DoughertyMatthew DrinkwaterKimmy FriedmanScott HokeDana KluczykKyra Denise LeeDeVonté MccrayAnne Elizabeth MieleRyan MoroneyBen MurassoCynedra OsinaikeKristine PalkaTroy Rood, and Garrett Toole.
